The Spiral PFD from Crewsaver is a 100N floatation device for those seeking the extra reassurance offered by this level of buoyancy compared to standard buoyancy aid products. All sizes offer 100N of buoyancy - with the Baby and Child sizes being fully rated as ISO 12402-4 approved life-jackets. This means that these sizes will not only fully support the wearer in the water, they will also work to rotate them into a face-up position to protect the airway. The Spiral is our recommendation for very young children/non-swimmers over a standard buoyancy aid or PFD.
